Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Baseline, operated by We Don't Miss (“We Don't Miss”, “we”). They apply to every account on Baseline, whether you use it as an athlete, a parent or guardian, a coach, a trainer, or an administrator.

By creating an account or accepting an invitation you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts are personal and invite-only

Every account is created from an invitation issued by an organization on Baseline. Your account is for you alone. You must keep your password private and you are responsible for everything done with your account.

You may not share your login, give a person who does not hold an account access to Baseline through your account, or create an account for someone else without the organization's permission. Guardians may act for the athletes they are linked to inside the platform; that is the only form of delegated access.

Your membership in an organization can be suspended or ended by that organization's administrators at any time.

3. Your content and the organization's records

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as photos, video links, and notes. You give We Don't Miss and the organization you belong to permission to store, display, and process that content to operate Baseline and to deliver the organization's development program.

Development records created about an athlete by coaches, trainers, and administrators, such as plans, evaluations, attendance, measurements, and test results, are records of the organization. Athletes and their guardians can view them as the organization's visibility settings allow.

You are responsible for the content you add. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to another person.

4. Platform intellectual property

Baseline, including its software, design, structure, features, test catalog, reports, printed profiles, and the Baseline and We Don't Miss names and marks, belongs to We Don't Miss and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Baseline for your own participation in an organization's program.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit Baseline or any part of it; build a competing product using it or data exported from it; remove notices or branding; reverse engineer it; or use automated tools to extract data from it. Sharing an athlete's own recruiting profile or PDF with a coach or recruiter is permitted and intended.

5. Record of association

Baseline keeps a record of each invitation, each acceptance of these terms, and the time, network address, and device used to accept. That record is the organization's evidence of who joined, when, and under which version of these terms, and it is kept even if the account is later removed.

6. Conduct

Messaging and announcements on Baseline are for the organization's program. Organization administrators can read every conversation to keep athletes safe. Treat everyone with respect, follow your organization's code of conduct, and report concerns to an administrator.

7. Privacy

We collect the information needed to run Baseline: your name, email, phone, role, and the development records described above. We do not sell personal information. Information about athletes who are minors is handled under the guardian consent their parent or guardian gives. Organization administrators can deactivate, anonymize, or delete a member's data on request.

8. Service, changes, and liability

Baseline is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of any measurement, test result, or evaluation, which are entered by people. To the extent the law allows, We Don't Miss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Baseline, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your access in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use Baseline.
